Connected spaces

I was asked to create a site specific installation that would connect two alcoves in a home in Málaga, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. Again, inspired by the clean lines and vibrant colours of Mondrian’s paintings, I designed this piece using black steel strapping and coloured segments. The coloured pieces, strategically placed, bring a lively contrast and cast beautiful coloured shadows on the walls, adding depth and movement.
